黄公 黄海城法师，从小对玄学有浓厚兴趣，自小能和灵界沟通，不爱唸书的他辍学后在摩多店做学徒，一得空就跑到住家附近一间神坛看神昌师父用茅山法术救人，心中羡慕不已。
“12岁时，神昌师父见我有慧根后收我为徒， 教我茅山派画符法门。后来，我再跟四位名师学法，尽得师父真传，仍感法力不夠，有心想学更强大的法术，“
几年前，他和朋友到泰国南部旅游，对泰国有一种很浓的情意结，感觉好像回到了家。他告诉朋友，他暂时不想回关丹，要留在泰国出家学法。”
当时，泰南有几位出名的师父，他一个一个去拜师。第一位是女师父，不收男弟子。第二位病重，无法收徒，一连吃了两位师父的闭门羹。最后一位师父，见他虚心学法，终于答应教他解降和多门法术。有时，师父带他到墓地修炼，半夜躺在有尸虫的草地学降头术，他都吃苦忍受。
后来，他又跟三位阿赞学降头，一共学了几年，师父才说他已学有所成，可以返回关丹救人。回马后，他就在关丹帮人解降和解决问题。
他透露，有一天，他在网上看到一名香港男人要找名师解降，他就顺手留言说可以相助。不久，对方果然飞来马来西亚给他解降， 他只花几天时间就成功化解对方的降头，从而结下在香港成立分坛教徒弟学法的缘分。
目前，他帮人造舍利佛基祈福，名气渐响，成为大马独具一格的玄学大师。

" At that time, there were several famous masters in southern Thailand, and he went to learn from them one by one. The first one is the female master , does not accept male disciples. The second one was seriously ill and could not accept a disciple, so he was rejected by two masters in a row. . The last master, seeing that he was learning the Dharma with humility, finally agreed to teach him how to solve black magic and many other spells. Sometimes, his master took him to the cemetery to practice, and he would lie on the grass with corpse insects in the middle of the night to learn the black magic technique. He endured the hardships. Later, he learned black magic from three azans, and he learned it for several years in total. Master said that he had learned a lesson and could return to Kuantan to save people.
After returning to Malaysia, he helped people to solve black magic and solve problems in Kuantan.
He revealed that one day, he saw on the Internet that a Hong Kong man was looking for help from a famous teacher, so he left a message saying that he could help. Soon, the other party flew to Malaysia to see him. It only took him a few days to successfully resolve the other party's black magic, thus forming the fate of establishing a branch in Hong Kong to teach disciples.
Currently, he helps people to bulid She Li Fo Ji to pray for blessings, and his reputation is gradually growing, becoming a unique metaphysics master in Malaysia.

他描述创立舍利佛基的过程时说：“有一天，我坐禅时，脑海突然浮现一座舍利宝塔，心中兴起以佛塔取代其他转运方法的念头，让造佛基者能真正改善命运、得到家和万事兴的福报。
到底，舍利佛基有什么神通，能有堪比灵山灵水风水福地的功效？黄公答说：“舍利佛基具有让风水磁场发挥到淋漓尽致的特点。”
